Resilient Seated Gate Valve Figure 500 

Figure 500 resilient seated gate valves are designed and manufactured to AS 2638-2. Suitable for use with drinking water and waste water, in below ground applications. Used for the isolation of sections and branches in pipelines.

Size Range: DN80 - DN600
Allowable Operating Pressure: 1600kPa

Figure 500H and 500R Resilient Seated Gate Valves are designed and manufactured to AS 2638.2 for above ground use or installed in valve pits. Suitable for use with water or waste water, in above ground applications. Rising spindle gate valves are commonly used in fire service applications where a positive indication of open or closed position is necessary.

Valve Spindle Extension

Valve spindle extensions facilitate the opening and closing of gate valves where the valves are located below ground or in pits at an entended distance from the opening level.

Compatible Valve Size Range: DN80 - DN600
Available Lengths: Cast Ductile Iron - 150mm - 300mm - 375mm
Fabricated - From 32x32mm square section Grade 1045 Carbon Steel maximum one piece length 3500mm.
Extension spindle support brackets should be installed every two meters.

Resilient Seat Swing Check Valve

Swing Check valves are designed and manufactured to AS 4794. They are suitable for water and wastewater applications. Used to prevent backflow within a pipeline.  The counterweight version features a unique dual hinge arrangement for faster closing, less water hammer.

Sureflow Spring Hydrant

DN80 - DN100 SUREFLOW spring hydrant valves are designed and manufactured to AS 3952.
Spring Hydrant valves provide direct access to water pipelines for fire fighting purposes. Accesss is gained by the attachment of a standpipe to the hydrant lugs. The hydrant can also be used as a scouring or flushing point.

Air Valves

Air valves are commonly used to discharge gases or air when filling a pipeline, bleed gases or air that accumulates during operation and to introduce air when draining a pipeline.
