As part of the Warragamba Dam auxilliary spillway project, the Lindapter Holdfast Rail Clips were used to fix a BHP 60 kg/m rail that will be used to guide a travelling crane.
The Lindapter Holdfast was selected due to its lateral adjustability that allows precise alignment of the rail prior to tightening.
The cranes will help in regularly testing the amount of sediment in the water at different depths ensuring that the people of Sydney receive the best quality of water from the dam.
