RESEARCH (DESKTOP AND FIELD STUDIES)
Greenspan provides reconnaissance visits to site to inspect station locations, existing systems and infrastructure in order to design the most suitable monitoring system given hydraulic and hydrologic conditions, topography, existing network integration, budget and other project variables.
Where field visits are not appropriate, or when telemetry and SCADA networks are required, Greenspan is able to provide a desktop analysis of the network to aid with system design and configuration.

| SYSTEM AUDITING
A review of existing assets is an excellent method of enhancing and upgrading environmental infrastructure. Greenspan provides full auditing services and recommendations on systems improvements / enhancements and the budgets required for implementation.

| ENGINEERING DESIGN
Designing a monitoring network is a strength of Greenspan whereby all stations locations, system locations, engineering drawings (civil and station) and budgets can be formulated before system implementation. The engineering design is a consultative process between Greenspan and the end user / stakeholders.

| SITE IMPLEMENTATION
Installation, Test, Commissioning, Training
Greenspan employees are experienced in the implementation (installing, testing and commissioning) of environmental systems in both remote and culturally diverse countries and regions. The needs of the stakeholders and regional communities are essential ingredients to our successful on site project works.
All systems are installed, tested and commissioned with health and safety, quality assurance and the laws and legal requirements of the local country first and foremost in the implementation plan.
We aim to deliver all systems on time, within budget and at / or above the expectations of the end user. We find that flexibility is an inherent aspect during the implementation phase and we achieve the desired project outcomes through regular feedback and consultation with the end user.
We provide training for all systems that we commission either on site, at a central agreed location or at our head office in Australia. The training schedule and number of participants is generally mutually agreed before project commencement.

Having the data at your fingertips is an integral part of almost all monitoring networks in today’s world. This allows for easier access to, and control of data, being able to ensure that stations are online and recording accurate for the longest possible period from a central control room.

| WEB HOSTING
A step further than the telemetry and SCADA solution is to have data available on the internet (world wide web). This allows users, stakeholders and the general public to be able to view period updated or near real time data from the comfort of their office or home.
We provide web hosting services along with the design, implementation and maintenance of online data storage and display of tabular and graphical data. This data can be uploaded and available on the web at pre-determined upload regimes (e.g. every 15 minutes, hourly, daily or weekly) as static pre-defined tables and graphs or as user interactive presentations.
For the serious web users, we can provide high level interactive web based solutions where full system control can be provided from mimic based screens on the web. These systems essentially provide the use with the same level of system interactivity and use as the control room user.
Again, all web services are tailored to the end users requirements and in line with system control, reporting, alarming, and budget requirements.
