Tyco Environmental Systems has been deeply involved in dust collector filter cleaning technology since the early 1970s. Through our brands Goyen Controls and Mecair srl, TES have developed considerable expertise in the application of reverse pulse jet filter cleaning systems in the areas of pulse distribution, venturi effects, long filter cleaning, pleated filter cleaning, and high temperature filter cleaning systems among others. The development of our proprietary GOCO cleaning systems sizing software is one direct result of this expertise that has helped the development of new dust control systems and the rebuild of existing systems world-wide.
TES makes extensive use of their in-house on-line and off-linefilter cleaning test facilities, as well as the expertise developed in modelling filter cleaning systems using computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
These technologies altogether allow TES to assist many customers worldwide to optimally meet the varied requirements of their specific applications.
